Located 20 minutes west of the City, Chelsea offers a wide variety of living styles. Victorian homes, rural country farm houses, and large million dollar plus executive homes can all be found in Chelsea.

Dexter has become more of a suburb to Ann Arbor then an independent town. It has a small town atmosphere with wonderful homes on the Huron River and clusters of newly constructed young executive homes. It is just ten minutes from Ann Arbor.

The Newport area has several lovely spacious homes on one-acre wooded lots. Prices range from $500,000 to $900,000 depending upon the amount of remodeling done to the property. In close proximity are Newport Hills and Newport Creek where you'll find all newly constructed homes ranging from $500,000 to one million.

The Old West Side features homes built from the early 1900’s to present. Nearly every house has a porch, sidewalks are well traveled, and downtown is within a ten-minute walk. Homes have a wide range of pricing and are largely dependent upon the condition and the amount of the restoration.

Burns Park is located near the center of town, and is divided by Packard Road into "upper and lower" Burns Park. The streets are tree-lined. The homes are lovingly maintained and date from the 1920's to present. Prices range from $230,000 to $500,000. Adjoining Burns Park is the neighborhood of Ives Woods. Homes range from $500 to one million dollars plus in this neighborhood.

Ann Arbor Hills, located within walking distance of downtown and the U of M campus, offers housing diversity with homes ranging from traditional to contemporary in style. This area is highly sought after and prices range from $390,000 to $1.2 million

Northeast Ann Arbor is a highly desirable location because of its easy accessibility to expressways for commuting purposes. On the south side most of the homes were built in the 60's and 70's with some newer construction. The price range is $300,000 to $800,000. A great deal of new construction is occurring just to the North of Plymouth Road. These new homes range from $260,000 to $560,000.
